🤝 Affiliate & UGC Creator Terms

These terms apply to all Affiliates, Content Creators, and UGC Partners collaborating with Nureva Cosmetics, operated by Hermano FZC LLC (UAE) and Hermano Corporation Ltd (UK). By accepting a collaboration, receiving products, or promoting our brand, you agree to the terms below.

📌 Participation Requirements

  • You must provide accurate contact and payment information.
  • You must disclose partnerships when required (e.g., “#ad”, “sponsored”).
  • You must follow all platform policies (Meta, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).

🎥 Content Guidelines

  • Content must feature Nureva products clearly and honestly.
  • Editing, style, and tone must reflect a positive brand image.
  • No harmful, offensive, misleading, or medically false claims.
  • No unauthorized use of competitors’ trademarks or copyrighted material.

📄 Content Rights & Ownership

By creating content for Nureva Cosmetics, you grant us a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use your content for:

  • Paid ads (Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat)
  • Website product pages
  • Email campaigns
  • Organic social media
  • UGC ads & retargeting

We may edit, crop, enhance, or repurpose your content for marketing use.

💰 Compensation & Payments

  • Payment terms (fixed fee, commission, or gifted collaboration) are agreed individually.
  • Affiliate commissions are paid only on verified sales tracked via your link or code.
  • Self-purchases to generate commission are not allowed and may void earnings.
  • Fraudulent activity or manipulation of sales may result in account termination.

📦 Product Usage & Claims

  • You must use the product safely and according to official guidelines.
  • No medical, dermatological, or exaggerated claims (“100% guaranteed”, “medical results”, etc.).
  • No claims that violate Meta Ads or TikTok Ads policies.

🔒 Confidentiality

You agree not to disclose internal information such as pricing, upcoming launches, private documents, marketing strategies, or conversations with Nureva Cosmetics.

⛔ Termination

Nureva Cosmetics may terminate your partnership at any time for:

  • Breach of these terms
  • Misuse of content
  • Harmful or unprofessional behavior
  • Violation of platform advertising policies
